Bryan Busch LitigationAttorney
Bryan Busch graduated from Georgia State University College of Law, earning his BS in Business Finance from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. Bryan is a well known corporate attorney who has represented clients in various kinds of business disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, securities litigation and business torts, etc. Bryan is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia Litigation Section, the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce, and the Cobb County Bar Association. He has a wide range of experience litigating cases in both state and federal courts.
Adam Slipakoff Corporate Attorney
Mr. Slipakoff has represented businesses at all stages of development and in a variety of industries. His merger and acquisition practice includes structuring and financing acquisitions and divestitures for public and privately owned companies and involves both domestic and international acquisitions. In the corporate finance arena, Mr. Slipakoff has represented clients in connection with private placements of equity and debt securities, venture capital, project finance and mezzanine finance transactions, and ongoing compliance issues under the federal and state securities laws.

Howie Slomka Litigation Attorney
Christopher Mills graduated from Stetson University College of Law, earning his BS in Political Science at Jacksonville University. He has extensive experience representing lenders with acquisitions, servicing and the disposition of commercial loans, and originations. He served as corporate counsel to lenders that participated in loan programs of the U.S. Small Business Administration. Christopher completed the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) 504 SBA Loan Closing Course. He is an active member of The Florida Bar and State Bar of Georgia Real Estate Sections, as well as the Florida Bankers Association.
Howie Slomka graduated from Princeton University in 1990 and Georgetown Law School in 1994, where he delivered the commencement address and wrote for the American Criminal Law Review. He is a member in good standing of the Florida and Georgia bars and has practiced in Atlanta since 1996. Howie is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, and has practiced in almost all federal and state court jurisdictions in Florida and Georgia. Howie’s attorney practice focuses on complex bankruptcy, litigation, real estate, employment, construction, hospitality and lending law.
Shawn Eisenberg Commercial Real Estate Attorney
Shawn Eisenberg graduated from West Virginia University in 1999 and Hofstra University School of Law in 2002. Shawn was also the Business Editor of the Hofstra Law Review. Shawn is a member in good standing of the New York and Georgia bars and has practiced law in Atlanta since 2006. Shawn’s attorney practice focuses on consumer bankruptcy, loan origination servicing and commercial real estate. In addition to representing his law firm clients, Shawn also serves as Vice President of Management and Leasing for LIT Property Services.
